Day One was "Mismatch Monday." I was pretty sure that neither Sammy nor Brie wanted to dress like Sebastian chose their clothes, so Sam opted out and Brie chose the mixing of two animal patterns (the back of this shirt has zebra stripes), an excess of hairbands and clips in her hair, and crazy socks. NOT so different from her usual attire.
Day Two was "Time-Hop Tuesday." Good thing it wasn't called "Pick your favorite decade" Day since that would be enormously ironic given that Brie has only lived in THIS decade. I sold the day as "Rockstar" or "Rocker" Day and we leaned toward 80's since it happens to be my favorite decade by far. Brie donned leggings, a long sweatshirt, long colorful socks and a hair clip that I'm pretty sure I owned as a kid. (We had a few extra pieces of clothing, including leg warmers picked out, but Brie was worried that she would get too hot at school. And she nixed the Jodie Sweetin side ponytail.) Again NOT so different from her usual dress. Sam went with a simple, yet sophisticated mohawk.
But...she did participate on Day Four: "Give a nod to your favorite book or book character" Day. This was an easy one for Brie: Eva from "The Owl Diaries." She's been an owl multiple times for Halloween, so the costume was piece of cake. Once again NOT so different from Brie's usual repertoire.
