We just returned from a fantastically fun (and warm!!) week of holiday celebration, not to mention cousin fun, in VA! Here are some pics of our great time, starting with Sam, Brie and Sebastian playing with cousins Declan and Colin in Virginia Beach!
While on vacation, we ate LOTS of yummy things...
And went for many long walks since the weather was balmy--see how Sam is in a t-shirt?? We even visited the spot where Gammy and Granddaddy Rob are going to build their new home--right by the historic Cavalier Hotel!
We also got in some bowling with Colin, Declan and Alyssa when it rained one morning...
Snuck out to eat a yummy dinner and see "Star Wars" with Beth...
Did lots of arts and crafts...
And read many good books!
On our way to NoVa, we stopped in to enjoy lunch with Uncle Fred, Aunt Claudia and two very sweet doggies in Richmond. Sebastian thought, "Double woof woof?!"
At Nonna and Nonno's home, we built a beautiful (foam) gingerbread house...
And helped Daddy with his homework!
The picture below was taken when Sebastian was helping Tony with homework this time last year...look how much our little guy has grown!!
Sam and Brie put the finishing touches on Nonna's Italian nativity scene...did you know that there was a Neapolitan pizza maker not far from the manger??
We also had plenty of sibling silliness...
Partook in a refined tea party or two...
And listened to a little holiday concert.
Christmas Day was so warm that Tony and I found ourselves scrambling to find items in our luggage that wouldn't make us sweat--we literally saw folks running outside in tank tops! See how Granddaddy Rob, Brie and Sebastian are all in lightweight shirts?? All the better for cuddles!

We made an effort to get photos of the grandparents with all of the grandkids this year. Lots and lots...

The
icing on our holiday cake was, as I mentioned before...more food! We had a delicious pizza lunch with Candice and Ralph at Uncle Ralph and Aunt Anna's house!
And dined on lots of yummy pasta (and holiday cookies!) at Nonno and Nonna's house!! What could be better??
