A Blockbuster Birthday

Could it be that Sammy is turning 7 years old this week?? Tony and I can hardly believe it!

Our big guy had a very clear vision for his birthday party: a chocolate cake with white frosting and blue letters (we threw in the sprinkles and Lego candles); a bunch of his buddies over for dinner; and a movie night in the basement. I think we can handle that!

And several of Sam's good friends from school and our neighborhood joined the fun, too! A little juice...

and a lot of pizza...

Did I mention that Sammy's guests had the hottest ticket in town...

It's time to head to the basement and watch "Home"!!

The celebration was a big success and everybody had a great time. And Sam is turning 7...amazing!

P.S. You know what else made Sam's day so fantastic??  Rollerskating at Brenna's birthday party earlier this afternoon!  You can't beat that!
