A New Year and a New Addition!

Happy New Year, everyone! For our family, 2014 holds much promise and anticipation because...
we have a big announcement to make:

Can you guess??

That's right! We're expecting a baby in June!! Needless to say, we're extremely excited about the new addition and watching our family grow.

And to demonstrate just how far we've come, here are our two pics of "the older kids" learning about getting a new sibling--one from 2009 and one from last month. Luckily, the news was well-received both times!

When we first told Sammy and Brie that they were going to get a new sibling, both automatically assumed that Baby D3 is a girl. Soooo...unlike our first two pregnancies, we do plan to find out the gender of this baby. That way there are no surprises or disappointment when Baby arrives, and we can all plan together! (We'll find out Baby is a he or a she in February...and we'll definitely keep you posted!)
