A year ago today, beautiful Gabriella Eve joined our family. She made a very fast entrance into the world--3.5 hours of labor total and just three pushes by her soon-to-be mommy--and has been bringing us joy, smiles and a lot of snuggling ever since. It's also safe to say that she and Sammy hit it off from the start...they adore each other and are quickly becoming double trouble lately!
In honor of Brie's special day, we made a little video with photos from the past year (put to the music of one of our favorite children's music artists--Justin Roberts). We're yet to capture a picture of Brie's shiny first tooth (which she just got!) or one of her standing in her crib (another new development!), but you can surely tell that she's been very active in the last twelve months. (She also confirmed for us that brown-eyed Tony definitely carries the allele for blue eyes--since Sammy has green eyes and Brie has blue!) We truly cannot imagine life without her and Sammy...and we often wish they would stay these ages forever! Hope you enjoy the video!
