Brie's seven! Let's build and shake!

She's seven! Brie turned seven years old this week...unbelievable! 

On her actual birthday, she celebrated at camp with her counselor (they share the same birthday!) and buddies! And Brie chose our favorite Mexican restaurant for her birthday dinner for the third year in a row. :-) 

A cool sombrero and whipped cream on the face always bring joy!

 

In true Brie fashion, she celebrated her birthday all week long. We were too full for cake after Mexican, so we ate it for breakfast the next morning. Carrot cake qualifies as a breakfast food, right??

Then this morning we went to Build-A-Bear!

The kids all enjoyed picking a bear...

choosing a cute shirt for them...

and, of course, coming up with a name! We came home with Stanley (Sammy), Smiley (Brie) and De Falco (Sebastian). Ha!

Then we headed to Steak 'n Shake for lunch. Here's "the girls' car!"

Yay, for birthday milkshakes!!

And, yay, for our favorite seven-year-old!!
