Have you heard our formula for a great weekend? A beautiful day in Charlottesville + tailgating with old friends + a Virginia win over Georgia Tech = a fantastic time had by all! (Bonus: grandparents watching Sammy and Brie in Durham, so we could enjoy a weekend away!) We got to sing the "Good Old Song" a total of five times (3 touchdowns, 1 field goal, and 1 for the final win) and watch our new coach Mike London jump with joy over the the Cavs' performance. We were psyched, too!

P.S. On Saturday night, Tony and I walked from our hotel on
the Corner to
Maya, a new-to-us restaurant in Charlottesville. Maya's specialty is upscale Southern comfort food; everything we ate...from blackened catfish and grits to baby back ribs and sweet potato fries...was delicious. We had to put in a plug for this great restaurant since we didn't leave a single crumb on our plates!!
