July...in motion!

July is already in full swing...and flying by for us! For starters, Sebastian had his 2-year appointment...and he measured 35 1/4" tall and 32 pounds...exactly the same as Brie at age 2. At the same appointment, Sam was ALSO the same height, but 36 pounds...our (then) chunker of the three toddlers!! Here is Sebastian showing off his Paw Patrol ("Doggie!") bandaid; he had plenty of reason to be proud, especially since he didn't cry when he got his vaccine!
This month has been brimming with fun for our little guy. He's been talking up a storm (today he declared, "Happy happy!" after sneaking and eating a piece of Sam's 4th of July candy), enjoying playdates...
eating lots of yummy things (sometimes with chopsticks!)...
visiting camp to watch the big kids perform on stage...
and going to his first real movie in the theater: Finding Dory! It was a big hit!
He also really gets into library story time lately!
Oh, and big brother snuggle time, too! Like I said, he's busy!
Speaking of July 4th (and candy), despite a lot of rain, we had a very festive and fun time last weekend! It was pouring the morning of the 4th, but we said, "Why not? Let's dress up...
And head to the Montgomery parade!"
The kids saw lots of friends and got plenty of CANDY!
We also got to enjoy a (slightly rainy) pool party with neighbors!
Actually, we've been spoiled with many parties lately...
Including Brie's buddy's 6th birthday...
That Rapunzel crashed!
Group shot with Rapunzel!
What else? What else? Well, the kids wrapped up their third week of day camp...where they're having a blast with sports and games, arts and crafts and learning all about camping. Can't believe they're halfway done with camp season! In the meanwhile, catch us at the community pool, one of our favorite parks, watching "Cake Masters" on TV, or chowing down on yogurt with mix-ins (the current favorite snack in our house)! Hope you're also having a great July!
