Of course, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. In his senior year of high school, Tony got second place in a Northern Virginia slam dunk contest. It's worth mentioning, too, that the first place winner went on to play college ball at the University of Dayton! Here's Tony's full-page spread from the high school yearbook:
