A finishing touch

Remember this post about the fun changes that Tony and I made to our little laundry room?  Well, yesterday we added the finishing touch! I had three of our favorite beach pics from our recent trip to Italy enlarged and printed in black-and-white, and then put them in these wood-and-beadboard frames I spotted at Target. Together they fit the nautical-beach theme of the room perfectly!

The room is light and bright and cheery...just right for a chore like laundry!

Do we still plan to stack the washer and dryer...and put in a utility sink? Possibly. But for now, this room is (even more) ready for removing tough pasta sauce stains and fluffing up bath towels!
