Hi, everyone! Meet Samuel Nicholas De Falco! He arrived on Thursday, December 18, 2008...five days early and a week before Christmas. He's named for Granddaddy Sam and Great Uncle Nicholas (who are no longer with us). His nicknames are Sam and Sammy.
Sam was born at 4:37 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring in at 20 1/4" long.
Although we were elated to meet him, it may not have been so mutual. He had a lot to say from the beginning.
After 9 months, the grandparents and one VERY proud auntie were extremely excited to meet the little guy!
As you can see, Sammy was much happier after he was clean and warm. 
Here's our new family of three (plus puppy dog Jack)!
